6th-8th Language Arts
Interims are behind us and we are really working on grades before the report card comes out. Remember that the deadline for Accelerated Reading points is Oct. 6th. Everyone is required to have 25 points for these 9 weeks. The 8th graders are nearly finished with their novel, To Kill a Mockingbird, and we are hoping to attend the production at the Repertory Theater. 6th and 7th graders are enjoying the stories in our new literature books and working hard to keep up with all the skills and new format. 6th grade is planning an International Luncheon for Spanish and Chinese food and cultures for Oct.14th. This activity corresponds with two stories in our literature book.
