Kindergarten
October is going to be such fun! We'll be heading to the Pumpkin Patch on a field trip with PreK3 and 4! In the beginning of the month we are going to set up a campsite in the classroom and discuss adventures in hiking/camping. We'll be looking at maps and make a class book about the places we would like to go! In the second half of October we will have a workshop center in our classroom. We will discuss fixing, building and inventing! Exploring and learning in Kindergarten is fun! In reading we are becoming good at hearing letter sounds, rhyming words, and their writing letters. In math, we are making patterns and looking for them in everyday places. Maybe help your little one find some patterns at home!
