6th-8th Social Studies
Eighth grade is studying the 1920's leading into the Great Depression and the New Deal programs of President Roosevelt. Seventh graders are currently learning about the early history of the United States, beginning with early explorers to our continent. We will soon begin our Arkansas History unit. And in sixth grade students are completing their studies of ancient Egypt and beginning lessons involving the cultures of ancient Greece and Rome.
